As an employer or childcare provider, you see firsthand how access to childcare affects recruitment, retention, productivity, and economic growth in Northwest Illinois. The YMCA of Northwest Illinois is preparing for a transformational expansion: the Early Learning Center will relocate to a larger facility, creating additional childcare slots. This major project needs community support and input. Please join our roundtable discussion and share the biggest childcare-related workforce challenge you face today.
