Dr. Anna Alvarado, District #145 Superintendent of Schools, Dr. Rocio Del Castillo, Assistant Superintendent for Bilingual Education for District # 145, and Cheri Heise, Coordinator of Literacy and ESL Programs for HCC, will speak about the programs being implemented to address the challenges that have arisen due to the arrival in our community of new English Language Learners.
