Led by Eric Welch, retired Dean of Learning Resources at Highland Community College, this class will cover helpful information you can use in everyday life.

The first session will focus on scams and fraud, including common scams to be aware of, warning signs to watch for, and simple steps you can take to better protect yourself and your personal information.

The second session will focus on getting more life out of an older laptop. Before assuming your computer is outdated or spending money on a new one, Eric will share tips and options that may help improve its performance and make it useful again.
